2nd Grade Teacher

Hi! My name is Jessica Showalter and this is my 10th year teaching at Mount Ayr! I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with my degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2013. In 2022, I graduated from Buena Vista University with my Masters in Teacher Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction with an emphasis in Teacher Technology Integration. My husband, Daniel and I live in the country with our three boys, Gus, Abe, and Rye. When I am not teaching, I enjoy time with family, photography, traveling, and being outdoors.
