Preschool - 5th Grade Title I Reading Teacher

My name is Betsy Budach.  Although I retired last spring, I rejoined Mount Ayr Elementary School as a half-time Title I Reading instructor this year.  I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Elementary Education in the spring of 1989.  In the summer of 2001, I received my Master of Education from Viterbo University.  I have held various teaching positions at Mount Ayr Elementary School over my 30+ years of employment -  Talented and Gifted, fifth grade, kindergarten, fourth grade, second grade, and most recently Elementary Instructional Coach.  I have also held the positions of Mentor Teacher and Model Teacher. 

 

I live in Mount Ayr with my husband Mark and my two pups Abby and Zoey.  My two daughters and their families also live in Mount Ayr. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my six grandchildren!!
