Elementary Secretary

My name is Sarah Schafer. I was born and raised in Ringgold County. As a proud 2010 graduate of Mount Ayr, I furthered my education at Southwestern Community College, where I obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree. My husband, Bobby, and I are blessed with three children: Kaelyn, Brooklyn, and Carsyn. In my free time, I cherish moments spent with my family.

I began working for the Mount Ayr School District ten years ago.  I worked as an associate for 9 years and then in 2022 became the Elementary Secretary.  I enjoy being able to help the staff, students and parents.
